A few things owners ask first.

Short answers about setup, stock, helpers, privacy, and what happens if you stay on Free.

Do I need to count all my stock first?

No. Start products in by-eye mode and simply mark them okay, low, or out. You can turn on exact counting only for items where it is worth the effort.

Can I buy by case and sell by piece?

Yes. Save the case price and the number of sellable units inside it. TindaJuan works out per-piece cost and margin from those values.

Can a helper record sales?

On plans with helper roles, staff can record sales and daily work while owner-only costs, margins, billing, and settings stay protected.

Is the free plan actually useful?

Yes. It includes the core shelf walk, buy list, quick sales, and store records for a small catalogue. It is meant to run a real small shelf, not just preview the app.

Where can I use TindaJuan?

It runs in a web browser, so you can open your store on a phone, tablet, or computer without installing a separate desktop program.

Are my prices and store records private?

Yes. Your buy prices, selling prices, suppliers, sales, margins, stock, and customer records belong to your store. The shared catalogue only holds product names, sizes, and photos, never anyone's prices.

How do paid plans work?

Free never expires. To use Paid, send the listed amount and submit the payment reference from your billing screen. If Paid ends, your store keeps working on Free and your records stay in place.

Start with the shelf you know best.

Add a few products and take one quick shelf walk. You can fill in the rest when you have time.
